Job Description
*This is WORK FROM OFFICE position Only and Graduation is Mandatory*
The opening is for within General Insurance team for one of the largest Insurers in Ireland.
Depending on the skillset showcased, incumbent will be aligned to any of the following streams:
Claims Recoveries Handling
Credit Collections
This will be an omni-channel medium of communication e.g., communicate via voice (inbound/outbound); emails; Web chat (if applicable) and the person should be adept at all.
Should have excellent communication skills (voice & email) & should be able to manage day to day work seamlessly.
Should be a team player with focus on maintaining the highest level of quality and achieving team targets as specified by process.
Experience of minimum of 1 year in General Insurance /Health Insurance, Re-insurance, Issuance & re-issuance, prior customer service experience will be preferred.
Qualifications
Non Technical Graduate - Freshers

Non Technical Freshers. Graduates with Experience - 6 to 18 months into similar domain.
