HR Specialist 1
1.Support HR Manager in data and information gathering for analysis in own area of expertise to support decision making and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, programs and practices.
2. Provide managers with advise and recommendations for actions on topics related to own area of expertise and support managers in people-related decision making.
3. Contribute to or manage assigned development projects, programs and assignments.
4. Interact with external stakeholders to ensure the organization receives agreed standards of service.
