We-re looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant whcan provide integral day-to-day support tour Partners in the Sydney Audit and Assurance a basis.

This is a dynamic role in which ntwdays will be the same, with key responsibilities including but not limited to:

Full diary and management, including effective stakeholder management
Event and conference, webinar planning and management for clients and teams
Corporate compliance - preparing ASIC forms and minutes and related documents and company searches
Draft and edit correspondence such as letters, proposals, reports, agendas, meeting minutes and action points
Debtors / fees - prepare and send tclients tfollow up outstanding debts, as well as running work-in-progress WIP reports
Database and system management - update Salesforce CRM on a regular basis with accurate information
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodation
Completion of timesheet and expense management for the Partners


You-ll be a driven, motivated, and responsive individual with experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or similar, whlikes tbe ahead of the game and anticipate the needs of the Partners - displaying a high level of initiative and able tadapt quickly tlast-minute developments in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent diary management and timekeeping skills, with experience managing stakeholder priorities and delivering according texpectations
Experience handling sensitive materials and issues, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills gained within an internal client-facing environment
Conscientious, with a high degree of accuracy and attention tdetail
Experience working with, and the ability tbecome quickly acclimated to, various systems, technologies and tools
Intermediate tadvanced aptitude in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Experience in the use of Salesforce or similar CRM system highly desirable
