Address volume inbound queries via phone and email;
Provide advice on account fees and government childcare subsidies;
Follow- Up outstanding invoices.
About you
Prior experience within a demanding and high volume customer service environment;
Demonstrated skills working across numerous systems with efficiency;
Learning tenacity and agility;
Professional communication both spoken and written;
Debt collection history is a distinct advance, though not a requirement;
Able to provide a valid working with children check (following an offer).
