Job Description

-  Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with principals/consumers

- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy

-  Manage e-commerce/e-marketplace internally and externally, including overall roadmap and strategy, data consolidations, customer service, etc

-  Work with stakeholders and provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website. Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms

-  Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media

-  Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness

- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

- Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile, Display)

- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions

- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans

- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

2. Brand Management

- Plan marketing strategies to achieve the agreed goal, both financial and non-financial goal

- Conduct product & selling strategies training for sales force, coach and lead the Sales Reps/Marketing Executive/Merchandisers to complete marketing tasks on time

- Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives, including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and key customers

-Build and maintain strong relationships with principal(s) and sales team(s) to ensure plans and initiatives are executed smoothly

- Build productive business relationships with Key Customers and Buyers from both Ethical and Trade channels

- Ensure and submit proper, accurate and timely sales and marketing reports

- Manage the marketing budget in a cost-effective manner

- To conduct field work with Sales Reps
