This role is accountable for providing local HR services to managers and employees for a specific site, including but not limited to workforce planning, talent acquisition, salary planning, employee relations, exit management, etc. and collaborating with Leveraged Services (LS) to support the delivery of global / regional / country HR services to employees.


Delivers local HR services for Songjiang site under the guidance of Site HR Manager, including but not limited to:
Performs full-cycle talent acquisition activities for niche or hard-to-fill positions of Songjiang site from requisitioning stage to onboarding (pre-start) stage in compliance with global standard selection policy and process, ensures vacancies are filled, tactfully achieving KPIs in terms of quality, speed, and cost
Participates in the country/site-specific recruitment campaigns, such as WeChat promotions, job board live broadcasts, etc.
Maintains positive relationships with local universities and leads the campus recruitment activities based on business needs
Conducts site-specific onboarding activities
Conducts site-specific exit interviews in accordance with global process, guideline, and tools
Retains physical employee records in compliance with global record retention guideline and country-specific laws
Provides site-specific HR information or reports required for various purposes, such as HR management reports, internal and external audits, government requirements, etc.
Supports Site HR Manager in the resolution of disputes, appeals and grievances and coordinate arbitration with external parties for unresolved site-specific employee or manager issues
Supports Site HR Manager in the consultation and facilitation for people managers at Songjiang site on workforce planning, performance management, salary reviews, team development, etc.
Acts an internal auditor involved in IMS internal audit activities
Participates in and contributes to ad-hoc HR related tasks or projects
Partners with LS to resolve employee/manager questions and support HR service delivery as needed, including but not limited to:
Provides site-specific information to LS to perform full-cycle talent acquisition activities for the site-specific requisitions
Retains electronic employee records in compliance with global record retention guideline and country-specific laws
Resolves employee or manager questions and supports HR service delivery, including but not limited to employee data issues, payroll inquiries, time attendance, etc.
Administrates logistics for the learning sessions where on-site support is required

Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Human Resources with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employee relations
Experience in HR system, such as SAP, SuccessFactors is a plus
Overall knowledge of all HR functions with specific deep knowledge of full-cycle talent acquisition process and practices
Good knowledge of local labor laws and regulations as well as the local practices
Holds high standards in work quality with result-driven mindset
Excellent in interpersonal and consultative skills
Strong in analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient in written and verbal English
