About the role
We are currently seeking a State Sales Lead VIC to join our Imaging team. This role will be responsible for strategy, growth and profitability of Key Accounts within VIC as well as supporting the Digital Imaging/Image Guided Therapy Sales Manager ANZ in creation and execution of strategic objectives. Additionally, you will lead and coach a sales team through conception, mapping, tracking and execution of opportunities within their territory.
This is an critical role for our business with the opportunity to continue to build and improve relationships at the C-Suite level and make a substantial impact in driving the profitability and sustainable growth for Philips in Queensland. You will also be working closely with broader sales teams across a multi-faceted portfolio consisting of market-leading products, this role requires strategic planning, penetrating new markets, and a genuine solution selling mindset.
Key responsibilities include
Setting the strategic direction in target accounts
Lead the local team in day-to-day sales operations within the State.
Develop and leverage executive-level relationships to assist the sales team in deal execution and closing business
Working in collaboration with the local Account team to develop a detailed account strategy to maximize utilization of Philips assets.
Engaging and influencing at all levels within Key Accounts including clinical leadership and hospital/private/corporate customer executive level
Monitoring account status and performance to understand total accounts and hospital-specific activity. Work with teams to strengthen performance where needed.
Building a strong internal network and align key players to support the delivery of value to our customers and execute deals.
You will be working as part of a highly experienced team of Account Managers and State Sales Managers and all with a shared goal of delivering top-quality service to customers. More broadly, you will be part of the Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with stakeholders from across the business.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
You will come with extensive e xperience in healthcare sales or business development
A proven track record of sales achievement into accounts that are characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers
A strong understanding of public and private market, trends and value-based healthcare trends.
Demonstrated aptitude selling diverse portfolio of solutions preferably in the Diagnostic Imaging space or Medical Devices
You will confident in your ability in leading and coaching a sales team as well as driving own sales performance.
The ability to work under pressure, dealing with conflicting priorities.
