Assistant Store Manager - Malvern

As a Part Time Assistant Store Manager , you will have the ability to lead and motivate a successful team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The role is a permanent part time position for 20-22.5 hours base in our Malvern Store.
As the successful candidate, you will have the following qualification and experience:
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager/Manager in a competitive retail store, preferably within the fashion industry
Ability to build a positive, motivated and successful team
Proven capability in reaching sales targets and incentives
Outstanding communication and people management skills
Excellent time management/organizational skills
Experience in rostering, managing budgets and stock management
Strong merchandise standards and store presentation skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and an understanding of computer systems
The ability to understand and drive the Blue Illusion Culture and Values within your team
