EMR Implementation Consultant

We currently are seeking a Clinical Implementation Consultant to join our Tasy Health Management Suite team based in Brisbane. Tasy Health Management Suite is a solution to manage the workflows of healthcare organisations, incorporating Patient Administration, Clinical Care, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Portal and more.

You are responsible for

Specification and Implementation of digital workflows with a primary focus on Clinical functionalities of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) / Health Management System (HMS) solution in relevant clinical settings.


Mapping the customer’s workflows to existing workflows in the solution and identifying opportunities for development or configuration;


Configure the software to align with the customer’s workflows;


Communicate closely with customers’ key users and act as their contact on implementation related needs;


Explaining the key concepts and benefits of the EMR/HMS and Philips’ connected care solutions to the customer;


Gathering and maintaining knowledge of standards and legislative requirements as they relate to your focus workflows


Acting as the bridge between the customer and the global development team;


Communicating with colleagues to align integral, non-siloed workflows;


Working as part of a team to design deliver and test interfaces.


Documenting progress and effort on tasks, following the established methodology;



You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Qualifications and experience as a Nurse preferably with experience across multiple hospitals or states. With exposure or experience across multiple hospital departments


Strong understanding of hospital clinical processes in the Australian market


Digital Healthcare knowledge with implementation experience


Previous vendor experience would be highly regarded


Structured and logical thinking, with a proven ability to priorities, delivering on time with a quality focus.


Ability to negotiate for positive outcomes (win-win)


A self-starter, with ability to identify and execute on opportunities to add value without granular direction.


Ideally at least 3 years of related experience in a clinical role in a hospital.


Willingness to travel based on business requirements and customer mix
