Your role: 

As a Customer Solution Consultant, you’ll be providing the best experience to our customers through their inbound health insurance product enquiries. You’ll be provided with the support from your team leader and colleagues to act as the expert in providing information, clarity and assistance on health products and policy. Your ability to build immediate rapport and trust with customers and others you work with is an important contribution to our workplace culture and providing first call resolutions to our customers. 

This role can be performed across any States or Territories operating in AEST time zone due to demands of the Service. This includes Victoria (Melbourne), NSW (Sydney), ACT (Canberra), Queensland (Brisbane) or Tasmania (Hobart, Launceston)

The is a dedicated Work From Home role, however, if you are located in Melbourne or Sydney you are welcome to enjoy a hybrid working model at our Spring Street, Melbourne or Phillips Street, Sydney offices.
Is this you? 

Strong customer-centric experience within a target driven environment – such as Health, Insurance, Call Centre, Hospitality or Retail to name a few
Available to work a Flexible rotating roster 8.30am – 8pm, Monday to Friday
A strong sense of empathy and respect for privacy and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive customer issues
The drive to learn complex systems, private health insurance products, legislation and processes
To be able to work from home, you will need to have a reliable wi-fi internet connection
