Lancemore Milawa is looking for a Customer Service Superstar to join the Conference and Events Team. Great opportunity to join a boutique Hotel under-going a stunning new luxurious refurbishment with a new high end wedding and conferencing offering


 Liaise with a variety of clients as well as maintaining  existing relationships.  
Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for our clientele
Host event , corporate client and  newly engaged couples on site tours of the property
Demonstrate success in delivering the perfect event to our corporate and wedding clients, overseeing the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
Provide timely and professional quotations
Conduct efficient event planning through to conclusion

Excellent telephone technique and the ability to maintain friendly relations with both our  internal and external customers
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating an event that exceeds the expectations of the client
You will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results 
Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to work with and manage multiple clients and their details simultaneously
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Ability to work successfully within a close team environment and work unsupervised at times
Good time management and communication skills
Well-developed computer knowledge and strong administrative skills
You have a warm, personable yet professional disposition
Ability to think quickly on your feet
Last, but certainly not least, they should be a great person to work with who is reliable and energetic
