About the role
In this role as a Retail Store Manager, you will be looking after the retail department of all fresh, packaged, and delicatessen products. This role requires you to ensure the smooth running of the team, supply chain, and workplace systems. Along with, ensuring the quality and presentation of the store is always at the highest standard.
Team environment and Company culture remain of top priority at all times, therefore a positive, supportive, and motivating leadership style is imperative in this role.
Your key responsibilities will require knowledge in Stock Management, Cost Management, Sales Budgets, Financial Insight, and following Company Compliance. On top of this, you will deliver exceptional customer service & represent the company brand with integrity.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Must have previous experience in a Retail or Store Management, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor position (minimum 2 years’ experience)
Bubbly, positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills
Motivating, collaborative, and enthusiastic leadership
Develop strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales
Manage OH&S related issues and maintain a safe working environment
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Driven & can work towards KPIs and targets
Days of work are Monday - Sunday, on a 7-day rotation with hours between 8 am - 8 pm daily. Flexibility in hours will be provided once you are fully comfortable in the role (after 3 months).
Please note this location is based in Murrumbeena & you must be fully vaccinated.

Salary of $100K + Super + Bonuses
