VIE - Brand Ambassador - Sydney

Key Responsibilities

Leading key brand education and advocacy projects to deliver business impact:

Develop plans and initiatives to drive brand advocacy with consumers and customers
Develop initiatives to support the Sales Teams to meet commercial KPI’s
Brief and coordinate with partner Agencies on specific projects (in collaboration with key stakeholders e.g. Brand Manager, P.R. Manager, Digital team, and Customer Activation Managers
Support the Brand Teams with the day-to-day management of brand partners and sponsorship platforms where relevant (e.g. Thredbo, Melbourne Cup Carnival)
Elevate the image of the brands with key visibility points of contacts: Sommeliers, journalists, wine gurus, brand partners
Develop tools and recommendations to support the brand portfolio
Implement and evaluate all projects/marketing activities that you are leading, with the support of the SBM and BM
Grow B2B and DTC client base by leveraging brand activations

Be the Brand champion across the Champagne & Cognac team

Champion the brand portfolio within the business to drive internal engagement 
Become an expert on the market, our consumers, customers & competitors across a range of resources and data touch points, and share findings and insights across the team
Work with the global brand company functions on specified projects, providing regular updates and reports to the global team as relevant
Lead stock and POS management

Financial Management

Manage specified project A&P budgets / profitability and monthly reconciliations of spend.
Challenge the spend required on managed marketing activities to ensure efficiency
Manage and monitor all merchandise and POS stocks - including monitoring costs of printing, storage, and destruction. Proactively communicate learning's regarding over/under sourcing for future projects.

Present projects, activities, and plans, verbally and in writing, to the sales force (on and off premise) and other members of the business when required
Developing cross functional relationships (with the customer marketing and domestic sales teams in the Pacific) to ensure that activations are consistent with Brand strategy and key projects are delivered in a timely manner
Attend consumer and trade events and provide support as required
Ensure all administration is completed in a timely manner and is kept up to date


Tertiary Qualification, ideally in Business, Marketing or similar
Wine or Alcoholic beverages industry experience
WSET 2 - 3 certification or similar
Experience speaking to Media, P.R. and appearing on camera
Strong presentation skills; verbal, written, and virtual
Self-motivated, well organized - can handle competing priorities and meet deadlines
Experience in Luxury & Prestige marketing is a plus
