About the role
:
The duties of the role are varied but vital as it enables us to deliver on our customer service promises day in and day out.
Specific Tasks:
Provide high level admin support to the Senior Manager, Operations.
Management of the Senior Managers calendar and inbox.
Manage and schedule depot events.
Order and track consumables and depot supplies.
Manage Toolbox and Training compliance.
Process invoices through Oracle.
Daily Linehaul co ordination.
Create and update financial reports and KPI reports.
General point of contact for the station.
General day to day administration and support.
Attributes/Competencies:
Attention to detail
Analysis and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Self motivated and comfortable with a high level of autonomy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Enthusiastic, motivated and determined
Preferred experience:
Transport Industry experience
Basic track and trace experience
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (in particular Excel)
Supply management/accounts/payroll experience desirable
Experience working in similar administration role
