Business Services Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in administration with one of Australia's largest law firms based in Brisbane CBD.
Our client has newly formed a Business Services Team which you will get the opportunity to join at its early stages. This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career as there will be enormous potential for growth, learning and development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Mail, courier, premises management
Printing, photocopying, scanning, and finishing documents
Administration support including processing supplier invoices
Assist in maintaining print room equipment and, fax and binding equipment
Identify opportunities to improve processes and practices to enhance the service offering
Working closely with the team to ensure the seamless operation of the business services team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role in a professional environment
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite
Fantastic time management and organisational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels
