Our client is a growing, dynamic NFP company experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the wider board of directors. This is an excellent opportunity for a high performing individual who is passionate about their career as an Executive Assistant.
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience as an Executive Assistant with key responsibilities including:
Supporting the CEO and the wider Board of Directors.
Maintaining the Managing Director's diary, scheduling appointments, planning, and amending itineraries and prioritise plans as required.
Prepare and edit presentations and other documents.
Email correspondence and responding on behalf of the Managing Director (where required)
Diary management and travel coordination, at high volume.
Coordinate meetings and events to include company functions, private events, conferences, and office catering.
Uphold strict levels of confidentiality.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
Other duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong Executive Assistant experience and is passionate about providing high-level support to C-Suite and senior directors. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Additional to this, you will:
3+ experience supporting managers at a senior level.
Ability to provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and wider Corporate Management team.
Highly proficient in up-to-date software systems, and ability to produce plans, reports, spreadsheets, and other specialist documents required.
Excellent organisational, prioritising and planning skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to include management.
Experience in using Pronto is desirable, but not essential.
