The purpose of the Customer Value Specialist is to drive Suncorp’s revenue and profit by deepening our relationships with our customers and delivering service excellence. In this role, you will be making outbound calls to our existing customers to discuss their existing insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to our existing customers you will:
Collaborate across and within teams and build strong relationships with customers to match the right solution to each customer’s needs – placing the customer at the heart of decisions
Champion customer propositions to create value for customers through products and services under multiple brands across banking, wealth, life, personal and commercial insurance
Commitment to enhancing and deepening customer relationships
Achieve customer sales, service and retention targets set for all customer segments
Skills & Experience
Experience within a contact centre environment or an operational/support role
Previous Sales / Service Retail experience
A proven ability to track toward and meet KRA’s / KPI’s
Strong ability to empathise with individuals at a personal level
Demonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performance, drive sales performance and achieve growth targets
Good problem solving and negotiation skills
The ability to work from home – an ergonomic set up, a phone line (non-negotiable), internet connection, a computer/laptop, dual monitors, a webcam, a mouse and a quiet area, where you will not be disturbed during work hours
Hours
If successful you will be working full time hours, Monday – Thursday 9:45am – 6pm & Friday 8.45am - 5pm AEDT (7.5 hours per day).
