More about what you’ll do

Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Learning and Development Co-Ordinator to join our vibrant, dynamic and friendly HR team. 

 

The role will incorporate the following responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the induction program for new employees including arranging department overviews
Manage the administration side of the performance review process (in ConnX)
Identify training required following performance reviews
Manage the traineeship program including processing of rebates
Organise external training as required including scheduling, training room facilities, catering needs, etc
Prepare training workbooks / manuals as required
Maintain the Company’s Training Matrix
Work with the People & Culture team and business leaders regarding the training and development needs for employees and departments
Co-ordinate ad hoc training requests, approvals, etc
Develop and run tailored in-house training programs as required
Ad hoc duties and project work as required

To be successful in this role, you will display the following attributes:
Previous experience in a learning and development role
A hands on approach and a 'can do' enthusiastic attitude
Exceptional administration skills including excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy levels
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Face to face training skills and experience
