Customer Service Agent


In this role, you will be speaking with our customers over the phone making sure they have all the information they need, feel they are being heard and actions are being taken. Think of it as making a 5-minute friend every 5-minutes. You will be a peacemaker. A quick thinker. You will thrive on solving the tricky stuff. You will know your way around a computer. You will think inside and outside of the box. 

Key details:

Full time position
Rotational shifts between 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

build a relationship with customers over the phone within set timeframes
adhere to comprehensive compliance standards
deliver amazing customer experiences every time
effectively handle and resolve complex enquiries
demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions
be comfortable to work in a flexible seating environment
competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
complete a national Police Clearance
