We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our growing Diversity and Inclusion Consulting Team Responsibilities Drive compelling pitches and proposals for clients, reflecting an understanding of what issues they are facing, how we can best help and what differentiates PwC in the market Analyse relevant client data (quantitative and qualitative) to draw out actionable insights Manage the delivery of stakeholder engagement and consultation activities, including by developing consultation frameworks, surveys and workshop materials and facilitating interviews and small group discussions Assist project managing client engagements, including progress reporting, regular client meetings and ensuring compliance with internal risk and quality requirements Help develop client deliverables, including developing recommendations, writing reports, and preparing presentations Support the D&I consulting team to develop methodologies and approaches to help our clients solve challenges relating to diversity and inclusion Undertake research on emerging trends and issues to frame up business development activities or thought-leadership pieces Requirements Understanding of key diversity and inclusion issues facing organisations across Australia and a passion for working to address these challenges Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise information and break down complex content, and great attention to detail Data and analytical skills Project management skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships Desirable but not essential Consulting experience Experience working in diversity and inclusion, change management, culture or people-related fields Your New Benefits Flexible daily working hours, we value work-life balance Work overseas or interstate, we know how precious time is with your family and friends Paid study (and leave!), we’ll pay all the costs and give you time off to study No dress code, wear what makes you feel comfortable and dress for your day Yearly bonuses, because who doesn’t love to be rewarded for great performance!
