About the role

As a leading provider of Community Services training, Wesley Vocational Institute is seeking a motivated and energetic Training Administrator/Course Advisor to join our Port Macquarie team.

This role has a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, compliance and records management.

In addition to supporting the administrative duties of the office, regular liaison with students, trainers, employers and other agencies is required.

Essential criteria

Ability to work as part of a small team
High attention to detail
Demonstrated experience within a professional office environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service
Ability to work unsupervised
Reliable and punctual
Proficient computer skills in MS Office
Current NSW drivers licence.

Desirable criteria

Previous RTO experience.
VETtrak or similar database experience.
