Sales Development Representative
Engage with target accounts by calling, emailing, and utilising networking tools such as Linkedin to engage Enterprise customers who can benefit from the Autopilot platform.
Conduct account research on target accounts.
Schedule and attend qualified introduction meetings to our Enterprise sales team
Work with Sales leadership to develop tailored messaging that engages key decision makers within target accounts.
Work closely with the rest of the Enterprise Sales team to provide insight on trends and feedback from outbound campaigns.
Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to learn the discovery, demo & closing processes
Learn how to draw upon your experience and resourcefulness to assess complex business structures and challenges to uncover information that is critical to the sale
Effectively maintain the CRM with relevant, well thought out notes & information that will assist the Enterprise Sales team when meeting with the account
Leverage sales methodology to provide information to the right people at the right time in the right way
To be successful in this role:
6+ months sales or prospecting experience (SaaS preferred but not essential)
A passion for talking to people & curiosity for understanding their unique business needs
Financially motivated, hungry to over achieve monthly/yearly goals
High energy and strong work ethic driving towards meeting or exceeding the teams and individual goals
A love for trying new things, iterating and then diving in again
Well organised with effective time and activity management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Able to work independently as well as on a team
