Right now we are looking for experienced Personal Carers to join our Residential Care team at Pearl Supported Care located in Fannie Bay, NT.



About the role


Working collaboratively with our nursing team, you will provide high-quality personal care to our clients based on their individual needs. This includes assisting them with daily life tasks, personal care and mobility.


You will work with your colleagues to develop and deliver person-centered care plans that focus on healthy and active ageing, and maximising quality of life for each and every client.

About you


With relevant qualifications, you will use your effective communication skills to work well as part of a team.


With 1-2 years experience in a Personal Carer role, you would be able to work without direct supervision, while experience in working with people with dementia will be highly regarded.


Equally comfortable with direction and autonomy, you will display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic plus impressive organisational and relationship-building skills.
