The Role

Our growing Sydney Region’s Building Services Team is in search of a high-performing experienced Project Coordinator to join the team.

Based in our Sydney office, you will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy. Your role is essentially to aid in the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects across the Building Services Team.

The role will be accountable for the following:

Ensure each project team is briefed on the project at hand, coordinating and running Project meetings, recording minutes
Setting up collaboration sites for each project in MS Teams
Communicate deliverables to project team
Understand key timeline of project deliverables and design requirements
keep job managers informed of any changes
Collaborate with project team to deliver weekly client updates
Keeping the Client Stakeholder informed of team’s performance throughout project
Collaborating with clients when required
Monitor financial performance of the project with Accounts team and report back to team

Relevant qualification and 3+ years experience in similar role

Advanced IT skills including MS Suite
Highly organised and excellent time management skills

Pro-active and have the ability to multi task
Effective in making key decisions and influencing stakeholders
Is a critical thinker and has the ability to execute from beginning to end
