ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an experienced business analyst looking for your next career challenge? Leverage your skills and expertise and become a part of our consulting team where you will have the chance to work on a wide variety of exciting and meaningful client engagements.
As a consultant, you will play an active role in building our business and work with our clients to transform and improve how they operate. With your skills at analysing their business, you will guide them improve and sustain enhancements you identify. You will utilise the BMS to demonstrate the power of our software to realise the positive impact we make to our clients’ organisations.
Based in Canberra, you will engage with existing and prospective clients to identify, capture and model a broad range of business functions to enable cross-functional improvements supported by our Business Management System.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
5+ years’ experience as a business analyst, working in varied business areas across Government agencies or large organisations
Demonstrated experience and skills in elicitation and definition, developing business analyst artefacts and documents
Strong knowledge and experience in Business Process Analysis, Requirements Definition and Management, Change Management
Demonstrated experience facilitating and participating in workshops
Exposure to project estimation
Client facing experience
Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication
Proven ability to articulate complex problems in simple terms
Ability to work autonomously and to adapt to new environments quickly
Training and qualifications in Business Analysis, LEAN, Six Sigma, Rumler
The following skills are also highly desirable:
Knowledge of, or experience using Holocentric products or similar software tools
Experience with visual modelling
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Mentoring clients in the use of Holocentric products
Depending on experience, act as client/project lead at times and contribute to the implementation of solutions relating to project management, business planning, and compliance, change management and risk management
