Strategic Accounts Manager


SYSPRO's Strategic Accounts Team is expanding, with a Brisbane based Strategic Accounts Manager. 

The right candidate will have excellent presentation skills, an agile mindset, and strong initiative. You will enthusiastically engage with other SYSPRO team members and customers. Currently you will work remotely, but when possible, you will be expected to visit customer sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing sales account plans for nominated Strategic Accounts
Identifying service and software sales opportunities within key accounts and new customers
Promoting new modules and new versions of SYSPRO within each account to create a greater footprint of SYSPRO
Increase the number of case studies published within the user base
Assist in the Management of the annual Customer Day events in conjunction with Marketing to ensure the success of the day and of the SYSPRO brand
Participate in industry associations to develop network and enhance SYSPRO in the business community 
Carry out administrative duties such as sales reporting and data entry into CRM database
Arrange company and product demonstration where and when required
Build collaborative relationships with customers – focused on customer success

Qualifications & Experience required:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in complex solutions sales 
Knowledge of the software sales lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver key initiatives on time and within budget.
Intermediate level (as a minimum) experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Project and Excel

Experience with the following will help you succeed in the role :

Demonstrated ability to analyse business needs and convert these into a technology-based solution
Understanding of the ERP marketplace, its product offerings and technology
Knowledge of manufacturing principles
