Office PA / Administrative Manager

Jeffery Construction is looking for a driven Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting the Jeffery Construction team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Varied administrative support
General HR including payroll
Accounts and invoicing?
Contract management - varied
Working collaboratively with QS to monitor project costs
Ensuring efficient document management

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong communication and time management skills
Possesses organisational excellence, paying strong attention to detail
Self-starter who uses initiative and strivesfor excellence in everything they do
Works collaboratively witha growth mindset
Tech savvy. Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Excel
