Technical Support Representative
IDEXX is continuing to grow and innovate and as a result we are currently seeking a customer support expert to join our Hamilton team in being the technical support point of contact for our veterinary clinic customers. This diverse role assists customers through troubleshooting diagnostic equipment, resolving customer product queries, processing customer orders, maintaining customer information in the database & liaising with our internal teams to ensure we provide an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time role with the occasional Saturday, however part-time may be considered.
The successful candidate
You will be someone that is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience.
You will have previous experience working in a customer contact environment
You will have an aptitude to learn and impart technical product information
You will have the ability to be self-motivated whilst working in a team environment.
You will have proven skills in workload prioritisation, problem solving, root cause analysis and time management.
You will understand the Veterinary environment or technical equipment industry (although you will receive comprehensive training.
