Contract: Administrative Assistant
The Client a Global Oil and Gas operator in Perth CBD are currently recruiting for a Administration Assistant to join them for an initial 12 months.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General Administrative Support
Communication (internal / external)
Event Management for internal and external stakeholders
Set up of group meetings / peer reviews / town halls)
Purchase Request support
Ordering for all office stationery
Portal ordering for all site-based PPE
Onboarding / offboarding employees, contractors, secondees including internal moves
Office management: including office allocation, stationery, supplies & equipment support
MicroSoft suite support
Assist with coordinating office seating plans within department and provide support to facilitate personnel moves.
Document approvals: Coordinate the flow of all documents for approval / signature, including meeting notes & briefing materials.
Manage induction process for new employees and contractors (including office logistics, access, equipment, building induction etc.
Assist with site travel processes.
The successful candidate will be able to display:
High attention to detail and confidentiality required due to the sensitive nature of documentation and information that is managed by the Department.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this position will interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
Able to work autonomously or in a team environment and support the additional team members.
Adaptable and flexible to last minute changes, requests as well as identifying process improvements for implementation across the Admin Team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
