Team Leader | Melbourne Skydeck
About the role
We are seeking a passionate and driven full-time Team Leader to inspire and lead our Skydeck Customer Service Team to exceed all guest expectations! You will play a key role in the development and delivery of the refurb and rebranding project, as well as the continuous improvement operations to ensure we shape lasting memories.
We are looking for a strong people - leader with the skills to support, guide and develop new team members as well as work with the leadership team to drive a high performing, safety culture.
Manage and create rosters, as well as workforce plan for school holidays and peak periods
Respond to and resolve guest inquiries, emails, chat, and messages in a timely manner
Work in tandem with the Leadership Team across the business to achieve group-level goals and KPI's to achieve our plan on a page
Ensure safety compliance, including regular auditing of safety policies and procedures
Have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and targets
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
