Our PCF state team in VIC is looking for a Partnership Manager who will recruit, own and manage the aggregation and business management relationship with a specific portfolio of Businesses in the Financial Services sector with a focus on Mortgage & Finance Broking.
This role is accountable for recruitment and managing a portfolio of brokers to provide guidance with compliance, technology, process and efficiency. You will also be required to maintain relationships with our lender partners and help organise and run training sessions for members. You will develop and deliver on the business plan for PCF in Victoria in line with the strategy, through key elements of our value proposition.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This is an excellent opportunity to bring your skills in sales, coaching, relationship building and influencing business decisions. In addition to recruiting you will also nurture existing Member relationships:
Recruit quality broker groups that match the PCF customer value proposition
Influence and coach brokers to embrace best of breed compliance
Provide coaching and guidance to brokers on how to embrace MyCRM as a business operating system
Develop a strategy / account plan for building and managing the member relationship – with focus on technology usage to improve business efficiency, member succession and retention and achieving revenue and profit targets
Facilitate broker engagement though local (peer) forums to build a sense of community, facilitate learning and share insights and support for the aggregator initiatives
Accountable for increasing revenue growth and profitability with existing and new broker businesses to the mutual benefit of PCF, brokers and end customers
Work closely with lender BDM’s and other key stakeholders (to provide relevant insights and resources to drive growth
Streamlining & automating processes and controls
As the main relationship holder with your panel of brokers, you are accountable for the smooth operation and retention of these relationships
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Degree qualified desired (preferably in Business, Finance and/or Commerce)
Proven track record in aggregation services, business management and strategic business
Strong industry and mortgage broking knowledge
Cert 4 and Diploma of Financial Services - Mortgage Broking Management.
Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate:

Ability to build relationships with and manage a variety of internal and external stakeholder
Must be fully cognisant of Risk Management;
Expert presentation skills
Experience and knowledge in lending
Have experience with IT and CRM platforms
