You will be responsible for recruiting and educating new Xero Accounting Partners in South Africa and assisting them through the initial signup and education stage, whilst working closely with Account Managers to grow Xero practices in South Africa. This will include a high level of data quality enabling the rapid and accurate identification of sales activity and the increase of customer satisfaction.You will also educate partners on all partner resources available to them whilst ensuring that your knowledge of Xero features and functionality is kept up to date via Xero training and updated Webinars.What youll bringYou will be a self-motivated, energetic and passionate individual with the determination to succeed; you will have the ability to quickly build rapport with people by telephone as you will be responsible for driving new business via outbound call activity and as such should have at least 2 years telesalesexperience.The main focus of the role will be driving new business via outbound calling, qualifying partner leads to assess validity and profiling them into either small or large opportunities. You will provide phone based engagement with clients to support any queries or issues that they may have in a timely manner.What makes a great team?
