Portfolio Manager - Established Products

JOB PURPOSE To successfully grow the pharmacy portfolio through strategic marketing and achieve sales and profit targets. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop strategy and brand positioning that will ensure Sanofis ambition for the portfolio are met Analyse various data and use the insights to formulate tactical plans to drive the success of the portfolio Challenge and encourage the cross functional team to maximise value for a portfolio across brand lifecycles, including positioning, messaging, alternative growth opportunities, pack etc. Execute tactical plans within specified time frames via the sales force and to measure quantitatively and qualitatively thereafter Effectively communicate product benefits to all the relevant customers (provider, payor, pharmacist, patient and salesforce) using all channels available in order to inspire loyalty to the portfolio Appropriately segment and target pharmacy role players to grow Sanofi market share across the catalogue portfolio Provide clear and motivating written creative challenge briefs to inspire agency partners to create award winning ideas and campaigns Measure and monitor new campaigns for their effectiveness by individual customer or group via the integrated market information system Monitor market pricing and robustly manage the P&L of all brands in collaboration with finance to drive profitability and sustainability Ensure payer formulary inclusion, in conjunction with market access, for product portfolio with all key funders Collaborate with the Key Accounts team to ensure optimal formulary listing of all portfolio brands within retail and corporate pharmacies Quantify brand growth whilst identifying any potential upside/risk through solid business cases and forecasting Develop 13-year brand forecasts including volume, value, pricing, market share, BOI and OPEX targets. Ensure continuous, optimal stock supply in line with these budgets for all brands in the portfolio in collaboration with Supply Chain Actively participate in new launch planning with close collaboration with both local and global stakeholders to successfully plan and execute new product launches Ensure optimal resource allocation to the specified portfolio and to ensure that resource allocation is in harmony with identified key success factors Liaise with relevant stakeholders in medical, regulatory affairs, external affairs, sales and other functions to ensure that cross functional communication is of a high quality and that company goals are met Maintain key customer and opinion leader contact to maximize Sanofis product performance in the respective portfolio Manage and control allocated promotional expenditure for the portfolio Manage all 3rd party agreements and expectations including regular brand reviews to communicate brand performance Investigate new, innovative ways to advertise the Sanofi corporate brand within pharmacies Respect local and corporate policies and procedures to ensure that activities are conducted within the Code of Ethics and in an efficient and compliant mode with country laws. Complete all trainings to continuously seek and improve skills.
