Monthly audit report and ensure all team members are active on system Forecasting review with Lead Certain systems annual licence renewal Booking Meeting rooms & catering Maintain Leave and Asset registers and Birthday list Client meetings send calendar invites and manage the preparation of the deck by the Leads as well as minute taking. . Maintaining client meetings dashboard (weekly), placeholders for deck completions. Drive reviews and distributions. Produce monthly dashboard to Leads on outcome. Manage Internal meetings and general admin Review the Team Onboarding deck (adhoc) Townhalls, team events, running with Townhall team meetings to identify topics and compile decks Order gifts, flowers for funerals etc. and manage facilities queries (desks, chairs, air con etc.)
