Half-day Administrative Assistant My client, a well-known Gas Company based in Somerset West is seeking to employ a Half-day Administrative Assistant Purpose of the job:To assist the Admin Manager in the officeResponsibilities:Sage / Pastel: Daily credit notes, cash payment receiptsIn the absence of manager off: Stock orders, supplier invoices and returns, EFT customer receipts, cash book, fuel invoicesInvoices: Capturing, generating and sending invoices and quotationsSpreadsheets: Staff timesheets, vehicle tracking, cash book, depot stock orders and tracking, shop cash-up tracking and item updatesReconcilliationsExperience and requirements:Good understanding of Sage / Pastel onlinePrevious experience with Excel spreadsheetsGood computer skills (Word, Excel)Have understanding of stock control and how to run stockPersonality Traits:Logical thinkerQuick learnerAttention to detail is criticalMust have own vehicle and valid drivers licenceWorking hours: 08:00 to 14:00Salary on offer R per month (will be paid per hour for overtime)SECTOR: Admin / Secretarial visit Website: to apply
