Job DescriptionThe purpose of the payroll administrator position is:Process Salaries monthly Process Wages on a bi-weekly basis Administration Duties aligned with the payroll function Processing of Salaries include: Accurate calculations, capture, and processing on internal systems and Build Smart. Submission of EMP and EMP Calculation of termination of employment payments Processing of Wages include: Accurate calculations, capture and processing on internal systems and Build Smart. Calculation and submission of payment to BIBC Management of all BIBC internal and external processes Administrative Duties include: Assistance with the compiling of related B-BBEE and Employment Equity information. Management of internal systems related to employment within TCC. Internal onboarding and exit administration of employees. Knowledge: E-filing knowledge (submission of EMP and EMP) U-filing E@syFile Reconciliation Computer Knowledge Build Smart system (or payroll system) Labour practice WCA Employment Equity BIBC Minimum Education and Training: Administration qualification or Human Resource related qualificationRequirementsSage Wages Salaries Tax Submissions
