The purpose of the role:Extensive data management / reportingPreparation of client financial reports (system generated as well as personalised financial reports on Excel)Thorough understanding of CRM system to generate any data reports neededInteraction with advisors, practice manager, assistants, and clients to assist with above-mentioned reports and any adhoc requestsFinancial calculations and thorough understanding of financial terms to implement it in toolsTraining of personnel to ensure everybody is up to speed with the internal systems and proceduresWhat you will do: Prepare Personal Financial Reports as well as more complex financial reports.Set-up and submission of bulk switch instructions (data analysis). Handling of the bulk switch/rebalancing instructions - the preparation and submission of the data as well as the checking after the execution of the instructions.Set-up and submission of model portfolio instructions.Set-up of assets under management reports.Keep abreast of any changes in legislation and regarding compliance to keep the submissions and any other “tools” up to date.Assist the administrators with complex calculations / Excel tools.Develop and implement tools and models to enhance our report functionality in the practice.Assist with enquiries from clients or administrators.Fee and fund comparisons.Minimum requirements:Relevant NQF 5 qualifications (Wealth Management), Degree (preferable)3 years’ work experience preferably within the financial services industryComputer literate (MS Office including Advanced MS Excel)
