Job Number Job Type Permanent Job Title Assistant to Business Support Manager Computer Skills Advanced Excel Industry Retail - Wholesale City Johannesburg South Province Gauteng Job Description Major Performance Functions- Keep record of all APANs requested and sent out to service provider to track enquiries vs collection and service provider report.- Keep record of LODs requested and send to service provider with follow up on turnaround times after requests are done.- Update comments from company Desk on Rebuilder programme managers with dates and specific agreed actions to better manage programme action plan from Company Desk.- Update comments on stock transfer requests approved, credit limit requests approved, AOD released managers, list managers day of area releasing onto the Master rebuilder generic.- VLOOKUP comments and amounts to update Rebuilder Master Generic- Liaise with Company Desk supervisor to ensure that communication between Agents and managers is clear, concise, and consistent.- Update non-payment from AOD accounts with reasons for non-payment and submit to BSM to escalate to Collections service provider - Consolidate reports from area managers as per request from Business support manager- Communicate and engage with the field to resolve any queries identified from Company Desk as per the rebuilder programme- Ensure correct AOD documents are filed electronically and physically available on request and that information captured on system corelates with AOD agreements.- Open AOD accounts on the system after all approvals have been submitted by Business support manager with signatures of approving members.- General administration support for Business Support department organizing files and records, handling queries to escalate, correspondence, preparing and processing documents.- Liaise and communicate with area managers on administrative tasks requiring their input.
