Introduction The above-mentioned position exists at the Gauteng North training hub and is situated in Montna. The incumbent will be required to coordinate and administrate courses of learners within the Gauteng North training hub. Job Functions Administration Industries Insurance Specification Coordination of coursesProviding advice and answering of queries with regards to coursesAdministration of general Insurance training administration tasksOrdering of stationery, obtaining quotations and issuing of requisitionsProcessing of travel and subsistence claimsBooking/coordination/maintenance of training rooms, equipment or outside training venuesManaging inputs on the HR People SystemAssist with the coordination and administration of all legislative training roll-outs Requirements Grade 12 and a suitable 2 years Tertiary qualification (Preferably humanities)Intermediate level of proficiency relating to MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)1 Year practical experience of HR systems and software2 Years coordination experience
