We are looking for a proactive & organised Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge on all Marketing activities for their urban work-wear apparel brand. Your main role will be to take responsibility for all aspects of the brands Digital Marketing including website management, database, email, and paid media campaigns. Apply today!ResponsibilitiesCoordinating, planning, execution, and reporting across all digital marketing activities, including social media, website management, lead generation, CRM, SEO/SEM, email, and paid advertisingLeading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementationDevelop and monitor campaign budgetsCoordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.Utilise strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpointsEvaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audiencePrepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performanceGuiding and implementing new user experience practicesAssist in researching, copywriting, and analysing various types of content such as social media posts, blogs, advertising captions, landing pages, and emailsManage website updates: Add & edit products on the websiteConceptualising and facilitating new product launchesOversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projectsResearching market trends & advising on future strategyIdentifying and engaging with vendorsIdentify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industryWork with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:Bachelors Degree in Marketing or relevant fieldA minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising positionIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analyticsHighly creative with excellent analytical abilitiesExperience with search engine optimisation, lead generation, and email marketingUnderstand website metrics and best practicesAble to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate resultsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in Digital Marketing.
