Position OverviewBased inJohannesburg, in order to further strengthen our localEngineeringteam, we are currently seeking a: (Johannesburg, South Africa) Reporting directly to theMechanical Fitter/Service Technician - Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible forproviding the office with daily administrative functions of the department/branch.Key AccountabilitiesInvolved in the daily cash banking process by preparing the FG bag for daily collection as well as drawing out the cash for our Petty cash re-imbursements. Assist in the de-briefing of drivers log sheets & invoices (checked for all PODS + correct chain store paperwork). Followed up with missing invoices with warehouse/drivers. Assist on balancing of the drivers log sheets to their drop slips on a daily basis & report this to Debtors Supervisor. Assist debtors in daily filing. Email Pods, credit notes requested by customers. Couriering of monthly statements & Pods certain chain stores. Relieving at receptionist. Be prepared to assist in any other department for general admin duties. Perform other duties as per operational requirements. ProfileMatric (Grade 12 Certificate)/ Basic Business Administrator. At least 2 years in Financial Background, Food sector (FMCG Market) is preferableComputer literacy: Office computer (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Syspro experience would be an advantageDynamic and professional attitude. Bilingual, good telephonic and communication skills.Culture awareness and experience of diversity Finds and implements creative and innovative solutions for business challengesDevelops and shares strategic business and market insights and translates these into solutions for the businessPromotes our company culture within the wider organization.
