Plan International CRM approach Plan and deliver international CRM strategies across the brand encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty, promoting the brand and the new products Customer Journey Mapping - analyze touch points with the Brand and maximize commercial opportunities at an international scope Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisition, analytics, eCommerce/merchandising, technology, creative, and sales Manage the CRM Platform at an international scope Co -decide on the CRM platform structure and architecture: ensure it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle Manage and monitor data acquisition strategy in line with Group recommendation Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the brand Execute International CRM Programs Create international CRM programs to engage consumer locally despite geographical specifics Coordinate with local Data, CRM & Media CRM &Loyalty Managers PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Upskills and transmits digital knowledge and mindset Drives the change toward brand and consumer centricity Leads toward data-driven organization Is obsessed with consumer centricity Builds audience through relevant content Scales consumers and influencers engagement Masters digital marketing tactics DATA-DRIVEN MARKETING Optimizes omnimedia investments & ROI Masters analytics and attribution modeling Starts with shopper centricity Strategizes ecommerce acceleration (pure players, retailers and direct) Negotiates with the specific levers for online distribution Monitors online sell-in and sell-out excellence DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE Leads with strong agile project management skills
