Acquisition Manager

A well-established name in online betting and gaming, have an exciting job opportunity for an Acquisition Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. You will own the affiliate and regional marketing channels, in order to drive growth in player acquisitions and lifetime values across all platforms and regions.Your key job responsibilities as the Acquisition Manager in Johannesburg will include:Lead an organization of 8 managers and contributors and be responsible for their growth, development and a durable talent pipeline that enables long term success for the team and organizationLead the country managers to plan, execute, measure and optimize regional player acquisition campaignsEstablish productive connections within the online marketing and affiliate industry, identifying and recruiting new affiliates, and evaluating opportunities for new acquisition initiativesMaintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommending new campaigns for affiliates and providing performance feedback to affiliatesLead the Affiliate team to support day-to-day affiliate program operationsDevelop a set of player acquisition KPIs and long-range plans that enables defining and measuring success at regional and platform levelAnalyse and report on player data including cost, quality and net profit metrics in order to drive net gaming revenueRequirements for this Acquisition Manager job in Johannesburg:At least 5 years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic roleProven experience in growing a customer acquisition programExperience in the gaming industryAbility to adapt to new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast paced environmentsBe commercially and analytically minded, using both quantitative and qualitative data sources to drive decisions and successfully generate results
