We co-create and execute the future vision of + clients with the help of our 44,+ employees.Job DescriptionMain Purpose:Supervisory role for Transactional management for clients Finance & Accounting function. Responsible to accurately process, capture, balance and reconcile all financial related activities within the specified time frames and Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets.Post stabilisation of business operations and implementation of transformation initiatives, the role can evolve from transactional processing to higher-end work including but not restricted to exception handling, problem solving skills and using the latest technology to deliver future results. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Satisfaction:Prevent client escalations where service delivery issues are highlightedAttend & resolve customer escalations as per escalation matrixPeople Management:Conducting monthly 1-on-1 meetingsQuarterly performance/development feedback and corrective actions% of team must undergo one or more training sessions (PDP)Promoting knowledge transfer within teamTime Management & productivity of staff to ensure service deliverySLA Performance:% on TAT and % on Accuracy for related SLAsSLAs submission of SLA results as per campaign timelinesOrder Management:Approved orders extracted daily and submitted to relevant sectionTrack and monitor all ordersEscalate stock issues where required to fulfil ordersActivation of services on relevant system(s)Payroll related support for function as per HR timelinesReconciliations to be completed as per agreed timelines Journals (corrections, provisions and reversals) on SAPSAP batch uploads to ensure accurate cost allocation (internal cost allocation)Staff Exits:Staff exit management as per HR records to terminate relevant servicesRecovery and allocation of pay-in amounts post payrollMonthly billing file Inputs:Coordinating billing inputs from the different sections/teamCalculation of recoverable amountsEnsure accuracy and completeness of billing recordsReporting:Sectional reporting as required by the client (financial and/or general)Dashboard inputsPresentations (PowerPoint)General:Updating of related SOPs at least once per assessment periodRisk Management monitor, identify and close all risk gapsOngoing review of processes to improve operationsQualificationsMatric/Grade12Post Matric qualification in Finance and/or Accounting will be an advantageAdditional Information3- 5 years proven Financial or Accounting experienceExcellent MS Office skills specifically ExcelAMDOCS CRM & SAP experience will be an advantageExperience in BPO industry (added advantage)Customer Focus and orientationManaging and coping under high pressureIntegrity and honesty in all engagementsContinuous Business Improvement mind-setBe careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
