It includes process development, ways of working and methodologies, which are all integrated and aligned. This role is the glue between teams inside and outside the sales function and act as facilitator and designer of solutions when there is a gap regarding ways of working, processes and methodology. Design and deliverSalesforce.comtraining and other sales systems & tools learning programmes as we rolloutSalesforce.comKey Responsibilities:Ensure the salesforce processes are effective in regionProcess requirements gathering and prioritisation for the regionDefine the end to end sales processes that supports and implements theend to end funnel, working and collaborating with the other functionsCapture and define the sales requirements that are needed to correctlyimplement Salesforce for other teams.
