The role is based in Bristol, UK.As Sales Administrator, you will work in a dynamic, innovative and fast paced environment. The Sales Administration Team spans quoting, ordering, billing and revenue assurance responsibilities, in addition to supporting other teams with ad hoc reporting as required to ensure the success of Applicable as a whole. The Sales Administrator will be primarily responsible for supporting the sales teams in sales related administration tasks, in support of account acquisition and account development. They will also be responsible for supporting proposals, RFP responses & bid management activities. The Sales Administrator will also be expected to respond in a timely manner, when required, to a variety of requests including client rate and contract queries, billing and credit issues, and reporting requirements.Your missions :Key roles and responsibilities:Processing Sales Orders, Inbound Leads AllocationSupport Channel Managers and Microsoft Alliance Manager with administration tasksReporting as required, to support the Sales Team and the overall business Bid Management/RFP supportContributor management, Information collation, proof-reading and formatting.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support: Own and operate the end-to-end process of a sales prospect from quote-(order -(finance. Assisting with implementation of new processes to enable efficiency across the sales teamKeeping the Sales Teams Channel updated with key business information, and supporting the management of PowerBI dashboards encompassing Sales information to share with the wider businessAssist Sales Administration Team Lead in the production of customer billing and answering customer billing queriesSupport the procurement function and complete purchases on behalf of customers and purchases for Applicable, i.e., staff equipmentSupport the SALTE process in the setup of equipment for new starters and return of equipment from leavers, i.e. basic laptop builds, prompting creation of new user accounts and assisting line managers to track returned assets. Support in the management of the database of commercial and customer contracts, i.e., updating database entries when contracts are renewed as part of sales orders, drafting contract amendments for new customers. Assist in the tracking of company assets in the Asset Management database.General data entry and cross-referencing activities from time to timeGeneral office support and administration duties as required.
