Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: compiles and may analyze basic information for reports and presentation materials; prepares charts, graphs and tables; may take and deliver messages; sets up and maintains files' provides office supplies; prepares and sorts mail; performs work processing assignments, proofreads, and prepares general reports; coordinates activities between departments and third parties. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Work is closely supervised. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor.
