Financial Analyst

A vacancy exists at Nashua (Pty) Ltd for a Financial Analyst, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.JOB PURPOSEResponsible for co-ordinating all aspects of franchise shareholding and related franchise agreement transactions in order to ensure that all commercial, legal, tax and accounting implications are managed appropriately and effectively and that the capital structures of the franchises are appropriate.
