Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience A Senior Certificate /Matric/ Grade 12. Four years' relevant experience in a stores environment Computer literacy (MSOffice Suite and knowledge of ITS system will be advantageous) A valid driver's licence minimum Code BRecommendation: A relevant National Diploma in Accounting or Business related field with Accounting as a subject One year related supervisoryexperience Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities Supervision of Stores day to day operations and staff. Stock management, operational planning and work scheduling. Ensure stock level optimization at all times. Ordering, issuing and receiving of materials. CapturingGRVs and stock returns. Deliveries of stock to internal clients and residence departments. Disposal of stock. Stores administration and documents up keeping. Stakeholder relationship management and client services. Stock taking, Stores internal and external audit Resource management, budget and cost savings. Attend supplier and customer queries.
