Johannesburg / Gauteng / South Africa / Human Resources / Full time Organizational Learning & Development ManagerWhat you will enjoy doingPartner with the business to identify organisational development/learning needs and devise solutions which deliver successful outcomesDevelop an integrated learning and development plan which aligns with the legislative skills authorities to ensure compliance with the Employment Equity and Skills Development legal frameworks as well as the Companys corporate Learning and development frameworkEnsuring mandatory learning and development requirements are consistently delivered to meet statutory requirements.Formulate and oversee the delivery of an organisational annual development and training plan, offering a learning techniques and development opportunitiesLead on the development and implementation of fair and transparent learning & development policies and service standardsResponsibility for a suite of information management systems within the department that record and track learning, education and OD activity, attendance.Develop a structured approach to talent management and succession planning that offers effective development for our people and ensure long term business continuity.Develop and deliver an approach for coaching and mentoring.Lead, develop and oversee the provision of the organisations learning and development agenda linked to the BEE strategy.Ensure the implementation of robust and effective Performance Review system is and maintained embedded and regularly updated and refreshed to meet the needs of the businessIdentify trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvements to drive employee engagement and retentionExecutes engagement and cultural initiatives/events/programs for all employeesAssess, diagnose and co-develop interventions related to strategy, structure, process, culture, reward & recognition, performance and talent planningAnalyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resourcesWhat makes you greatNQF level 7 HRM / Industrial Psychology qualification or equivalent qualification.Driver's license.Training, OD and Change Management experience 5 Year(s)Experience of developing leadership and staff engagement programsExperience of leading the development and coordination of talent management and succession strategiesIs highly credible to internal and external stakeholders and is committed to delivering high levels of customer serviceHas strong analytic and critical reasoning skills to assess risks, anticipate difficulties and is capable of effective problem solvingCan demonstrate a strong knowledge of current employment legislation in relation to OD/L&DAble to translate strategic goals into effective and achievable plans and is capable of monitoring their progress and outcomesWhat you can expect working with usMarket Related SalaryProfessional working environment with Global ExposureMedical AidEmployee Assistance ProgramWe facilitate a smooth start through individual and accurate training and professional guidance and supportWe offer you a challenging task with a high degree of personal responsibility Your individual performance will be remunerated and your development will be supported by usOrganizational Learning & Development Manager
